Our Lassi Project
We grew up drinking lassi that was sweet, salty, and refreshing, quite different from the velvety, thick, dessert-like lassi commonly found in the States. So we decided to start making our own! After devouring our first glass of lassi, we had an exciting idea: why not mix in other ingredients? From a bottle of maple syrup in the fridge to a packet of hojicha powder on the shelf and a jar of hot cocoa powder in the cabinet, we began experimenting. The result? A reimagined lassi filled with unique blends that represent popular ingredients from various regions around the world. From mango, symbolizing the summers of South Asia, to maple, evoking autumn nostalgia, our fun experiments continue to grow as we share them with the world.
